We are now seeking accomplished, energetic people to join the team at Doncaster

You will need to be someone that is passionate, that lives and breathes exceptional customer service and is driven to deliver fresh food and coffee on the go to our customers.

We need you to be the one to set the standards with our managers to ensure we BAKE PEOPLE HAPPY!

How you will rise to the occasion

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally retail food.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels.

The ingredients you’ll need

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellence in execution of Product Quality, Service, Safety, Cleanliness and Speed Standards.
• Ensuring your team always deliver unbeatable customer experiences turning transactions into personal customer interactions.
• Promoting a fresh food and coffee culture to your customers.

Bake the opportunity

This role will require you to be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required.

On the job training in your base store with Full barista training is available for this role.
