Our bakehouse is growing, and we now have opportunities for Pastry Cooks with experience in Pastry Lamination - Danish & Croissants.
Join our growing team of creative pastry cooks in Keilor Park, VIC.
How you will rise to the occasion
In this role, you will work hands on at our well-equipped production facility producing a wide range of laminated pastries including Croissant and Danish varieties.
Core duties:

Produce pastry and other baked goods to our high-quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and meet production targets.

Ensure Food Safety, HACCP, and quality standards are met.

Have a strong commitment to workplace occupational health & safety.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Danish & Croissants!
To be successful, you will bring with you the following attributes:

Trade qualifications (pastry or equivalent) desirable, however not essential if you are highly experienced.

Great attention to detail.

Punctuality and reliability.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment is essential.
