Our bakehouse is growing, and we now have multiple opportunities for Process Workers and Machine Operators to join our team of pie-loving individuals in Keilor Park, VIC and be part of baking history.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25kg.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Food Manufacturing environment.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
- Have a strong commitment to workplace occupational health & safety.
Full-Time opportunity
In this role, you will produce a wide variety of baked goods including pies and celebration cakes, while utilizing a range of skills from running high speed processing equipment to manual handling ingredients and finished product.
Core Duties
- Produce a range of pastry and cake products utilizing your bakery experience.
- Set-up and monitor production to maximize quality and minimize waste.
- Safe operation of machinery (full training provided).
- Manual handling.
- Ensure production targets are met whilst ensuring HACCP quality and safety adherence at all times.
- Provide leadership in continuous improvement and team effectiveness.
Importantly, you will follow health and safety standards while ensuring that your area is clean and maintained at all times.
Please note: Public transport is quite challenging in this area and as such you will need a car to get here. As a food company we do require proof of double covid-19 vaccination.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment is essential.
