Looking for an experienced Barista to join our fun-loving team. Excellence and demonstrated experience in customer service and product presentation. Flexibility in workings hours across a 7-day roster. A passion for coffee and prior experience in this field is advantageous. A good work ethic, including team spirit, honesty and a willingness to learn.

What you'll bring to the table:

• A genuine enthusiasm for coffee-making and customer service.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with your team.
• A keen eye for detail and a drive to consistently provide top-notch service.
• Previous experience about 1-3 years in this field.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers and team members alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages to our customers' specifications.
• Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the coffee preparation area.
• Collaborating with your team to maintain a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
• Providing friendly and personalized service to every customer interaction.
• Assisting with store operations as needed, including maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards.
• Flexibly managing your schedule to ensure coverage during peak times.
